A pre-order is a binding order for The Clara Collection — a hardware set containing one Clara Dream, one Clara Wave and one Clara Pulse — at £199.

The ClaraMind app and any ClaraMind subscription are not included in this purchase and are made available separately.

The Clara Collection is sold by [to be confirmed before launch], registered at [to be confirmed before launch]. These pre-order terms form a contract between you and the seller.

The price is £199. VAT treatment [to be confirmed before launch].

Payment is taken in full at the time of order and is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

This is a founding-edition pre-order. Estimated delivery: [to be confirmed before launch]. Delivery estimates are indicative and may change; we will keep you updated by email.

Because this is a pre-order for goods that have not yet shipped, you may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before dispatch by contacting us.

Your statutory consumer rights, including any right to cancel and return under applicable distance-selling law once goods are delivered, are unaffected. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

The founding edition is limited to the first 1,000 paid collections. If the limit is reached your order may not be accepted, in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.
